CANCELLATION POLICY 

Cancellations and Late arrivals

 

We all know that life happens and at Mulberry Leaf we are very understanding of your circumstances. However, we ask for a 24 hours cancellation notice in order to accommodate our patients on the waiting list and ensure a smooth clinic flow.

 

We will try to accommodate late arrivals up to 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment. However, be advised that you may have to wait or being cut short in order to accommodate on-time patients. Patients more than 15 minutes late are considered no-shows and will be charged without being seen.

 

For your convenience we send out appointment reminders via email or text message depending on your preference. We ask for a 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Missed or cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice will incur a full appointment charge. You must call, leave a voicemail, send text message or email us directly to cancel an appointment. As a courtesy, late cancelled appointments can be rescheduled, without charge, for any available same day appointment.
